JOB SUMMARY

The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for providing operational excellence by working in collaboration with the Bradley Physician Services leadership team. The Clinical Coordinator, in collaboration with the Operations Manager, is responsible for the oversight of Physician Practice clinical operations, to include accuracy, efficiency and timely patient care. The Clinical Coordinator will work closely with the Physician Practice leadership team and Provider Affiliates to optimize operations as they relate to the daily operations of the Physician Practice. This position is responsible for facilitating and fostering both a positive and productive working environment and relationship with the clinical associates, leadership team and Provider Affiliates, as well as providing excellence to our customers – every patient, every time. This position will work collaboratively with the Bradley Physician Services and Bradley Medical Center leadership team.

 

Qualifications

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education: 5 years’ experience in healthcare, preferably in a clinic setting

Licensure:  Registered Nurse in the state of TN, BLS required

Experience: Experience is required including but not limited to oversight physician practices, financial systems, human resources, billing, coding, collections, or marketing.  Additionally, practice management and EHR experience are preferred.

Skills: Excellent presentation, oral, written and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management internal and external customers and the ability to present information accurately and effectively to diverse audiences; ability to communicate with others in antagonistic situation using appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to reduce tension or conflict and maintain professionalism in accordance with corporate standards.

Strong interpersonal and consultative skills, ability to work in concert with others to accomplish objectives and goals; ability to build solid working relationships across divisions/functions.  Strong project management skills; ability to formulate actions plans and timelines and to execute those plans; ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Ability to achieve results through team efforts; ability to assist with the management of the department’s budget, while maintaining and improving quality standards; ability to work in a high pressure or changing environment, and exercise good judgment to resolve problems in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.           

Advanced proficiency level using PC related programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint, etc.
