Risk Solutions Advisor

The Risk Solutions Advisor is responsible for supporting the Risk Consulting process for Chubb NA. This position is accountable for collaborating with the Risk Consultant to ensure our clients adhere and engage on the critical engineering requirements and recommendations. The candidate for this role should have a passion for providing client solutions, increasing client satisfaction, resolving complex problems, and empowering others throughout the Risk Solutions Unit. You will work directly with our clients to provide education and awareness around Loss Prevention and Mitigation solutions that benefit the client and the Chubb organization as a whole. This position requires a combination of leadership, critical thinking, creative problem solving, technical and client service responsibilities. 

• Create a positive client experience, conduct a personalized consultation with our clients and/or agents to gain a deep understanding of their current needs and understand how to position service solutions. 
• Resolve and creatively solution for escalations and challenges via the appropriate channels.
• Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills to confidently make recommendations and provide full-service solutions that address and solve the client’s current pain points and/or current and future needs.
• Educate our clients on the benefits of loss preventative solutions by making complex technical concepts easy to understand.
• Be comfortable delivering difficult messages. 
• Research, track and investigate vendor escalations to improve current workflows and processes.
• Promptly respond to client, agent inquiries
• Work collaboratively with team members, and business partners, support a partnership with PRS business partners to provide a quality experience for our shared clients and agents.
• Share feedback to enhance service solutions.
• Capable of utilizing knowledge of the property and casualty insurance risk control and loss prevention analysis; home inspection process; international and local business construction codes; and construction quality, architecture and craftsmanship to provide client solutions.
• Understand risk characteristics inherent to the various territories across the United States. 

Competencies & Skills Required:

• Personal Risk Services risk consulting/engineering experience preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Personal Risk Services risk consulting/engineering experience preferred
