Position Overview
The RevOps System Administrator is a critical team member supporting our newly formed Revenue Operations function as we scale and mature our capabilities.
In this role, you will help administer and optimize multiple RevOps platforms including Hubspot, Salesforce, Planhat, and other integrated tools across the lead-to-cash lifecycle. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams to ensure our systems support efficient, data-driven decision-making. This is a highly visible and impactful role where you'll be responsible for system maintenance, user enablement, documentation, data quality, and the continuous improvement of our RevOps infrastructure.
Reporting to the RevOps Senior Director, you will own day-to-day system administration, support, and optimization. This includes configuration, troubleshooting, documentation, training, data governance, workflow automation, reporting, and ensuring our systems remain reliable and scalable as we grow. You'll be joining a three-month-old team that is building foundational processes and systems, offering the opportunity to make meaningful impact early.
If you are someone who has a positive, enthusiastic, and service-oriented attitude; hands-on experience administering CRM and RevOps platforms; and a genuine passion for helping people work better through technology, we want to speak with you!

- A documentation champion who believes that if it's not documented, it doesn't exist—and actually enjoys creating resources that help people help themselves.
- Curious and adaptable with a genuine interest in how systems work, eager to explore new features and learn new platforms.
- You have a track record of taking ownership and following through on commitments, even when things get messy.
