Review Solutions Services Liaison

The Review Solutions Services Liaison position is a senior E-Discovery and Review role.  This role will cultivate a relationship with all clients who license our E-Discovery and Review solutions with the ultimate goals of increasing adoption and use of Exterro Review, client retention and selling additional enabling Discovery and Review services to existing clients. The Review Solutions Services Liaison will be exposed to a fast- paced, dynamic, and demanding work environment. The Review Solutions Services Liaison will be responsible for working directly with clients with a goal to increase the volume of data in Exterro Review, increasing customer’s overall Cloud Hosting Storage related to our E-Discovery and Review software products, and the sale of Discovery and Review professional services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with existing Implementation and Professional Service teams to support corporate customer enablement and adoption of Exterro Review, and increasing billable Professional Services related to customer use of Review.
• Develop customer knowledge and build relationships, including with any law firm or service providers engaged by our customers, by driving activity and face to face meetings at all levels of the account.
• Focus on client adoption and use of Review, and increasing billable Discovery and Review services for those clients.
• Work with the E-Discovery product marketing team to develop customer success stories and testimonials.
• Work with E-Discovery and Review product development teams to improve the applications based on customer and prospect feedback.

 Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 7+ years of combined E-Discovery, Review and Account Management experience.
• Experience with high-end enterprise software 
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, acting as a liaison with all other departments and Partners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• Willingness to work on a flexible work schedule to support clients in different time zones.
• Travel 20%-30% of the time.
• Experience with software products in the E-Discovery and Review segments is essential.
