About the role

Flex is an early-stage, remote-first FinTech startup that is creating the best rent payment experience. It’s hard to believe that it’s 2023 and paying rent on time is expensive, inflexible, and difficult. We’re here to change that! We enable our users to pay rent throughout the month on a schedule that better fits their finances and budget. Our mission is to empower as many renters as possible with flexibility over their most significant recurring expense. After deliberately keeping a stealth profile as we built up unprecedented investor support and an enthusiastic user base, we are looking for motivated individuals to help us keep our mission growing in 2023. Will you be a part of the team?

The Revenue Operations team is a burgeoning force within our organization, working to streamline and amplify revenue generation from pre-sales through post-sales partner growth. This team covers a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including sales strategy, enablement, project management, analytics, process refinement, and optimization.

As a Revenue Operations Program Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue expansion through strategic planning and tactical execution of diverse programs and projects for the Go-to-Market (GTM) Team. This involves designing and executing projects and programs, enhancing existing processes, and extending our reach to new horizons. You'll ensure comprehensive scoping, resource allocation, planning, and seamless execution, all while collaborating closely with our business unit partners and leaders. We're seeking an ideal candidate with a robust background in program and project management, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to lead projects from conception to analysis.

What you'll do

  • Spearhead end-to-end planning, prioritization, and execution of key initiatives within Flex's GTM, with a primary focus on enhancing revenue.
  • Create and manage a roadmap for ongoing program/process improvements, leading iterative enhancement plans in conjunction with GTM leadership.
  • Collaborate with GTM and cross-functional leaders to ensure the streamlined execution of vital growth initiatives.
  • Be a change advocate, driving improvements alongside GTM leadership.
  • Effectively communicate the rationale behind growth plays and programs, securing GTM buy-in through general communication and group/1:1 sessions.
  • Implement proven sales practices to drive execution within Sales teams.
  • Monitor and track progress to ensure the effective execution of activities related to plays and programs across the GTM team.
  • Support GTM Leaders in various optimization-related initiatives.
  • Foster cross-functional communication and collaboration.
  • Work closely with Sales and Partner Success teams (where applicable) to maintain alignment on key GTM growth priorities.
  • Collaborate with GTM leaders to understand and enhance GTM Growth and Productivity metrics, which will inform the roadmap of future initiatives.
  • Make prioritized recommendations based on estimated returns and benefits to the business.
  • Collaborate with GTM leadership, analytics, and product teams to collect and analyze data to monitor program performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and analyze the impact and ROI of programs, informing future enhancements.

Who you are

Required:

  • 4+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt swiftly.
  • Project leadership skills, capable of independently leading projects from inception to execution.
  • Strong data-oriented approach to decision-making.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across various departments, including Finance, Marketing, Sales, Partner Success, and Product teams.
  • High EQ and interpersonal skills with a track record of influencing and motivating others.
  • Proficiency in building internal relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organization.

Preferred:

  • Project Management Certification.
  • 2+ years of GTM experience, with exposure to high-growth revenue teams.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and/or Tableau.
  • Experience in the multifamily industry.

The national pay range for this role is $95,000-$115,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience aligned with Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.
