Retail Sales Associate - Pool - Aria

THE JOB: 

As a Pool Sales Associate at Aria, you will engage with guests to understand their needs, offer personalized recommendations, and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.  Your expertise in our offerings and dedication to creating WOW moments will help you achieve sales goals and contribute to a memorable guest experience extending far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY RATE:  $17.00 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Interact warmly with all guests, applying our SHOW Service Basics program, to create memorable WOW Moments
• Greet and engage with guests, smiling, and hearing their stories as you offer tailored product recommendations, drive sales and complete transactions within the POS registers
• Assist guests with their needs and actively drive sales
• Professionally market general merchandise and fashion items for men and women, including swimwear, swim accessories, beverages, and snacks
• Ensure a clean, safe shopping environment and manage product replenishment from the stock room to enhance the guest experience
• Take ownership of the guest experience and communicate any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management
• Adhere to all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must currently hold or be able to obtain an Alcohol Awareness card (TAM card)
• Able lift and carry 25 pounds
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Six (6) months Retail Sales experience
• Six (6) months Cash Handling experience
• Previous work experience in a similar resort setting and ability to operate a retail POS system
• Takes pride in their work, is detail oriented and can multitask
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Able to effectively communicate in English and Spanish, in both written and verbal forms
