Job Summary:
Responsible for receiving all shipments and transfers from distributions centers and other stores.
Job Specifications:
- Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr
- Employment Type: Year Round
- Shift Type: Part Time
- Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
- Housing Availability: No
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive, document and organize all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Control the flow of products between back-stock area and the store
- Compare identifying information and counts, weights, or measurmentments of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills, invoices, orders or other records
- Determine method of shipment utlizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates
- Insert items into containers, affix shipping labels to shipments
- Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with vendors to rectify damages and/or shortages
- May operate lift truck or handtruck to move or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage or work area
- Maintain filing system for all incoming/outgoing shipments for stores and Distribution Centers
- Track and follow up with overdue and expected shipments
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and shipping area
- Complete all warranty and product special orders following store procedures
- Other duties as assigned

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
