Retail Associate

Monterrey Tile, a leader in the tile and stone industry. We are currently looking for Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our Gilbert, AZ location.

• PAYS $18-$19 an hour!

Essential Job Duties:

• Professional and positive customer service-driven approach
• Take credit card and cash payments
• Answer customer questions about materials, products, & services
• Process customer sales with prompt and courteous customer service
• Follow up with customers in regards to their orders and account
• A strong work ethic, with a willingness to be flexible and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
• Also performs Warehouse duties

Required Skills:

• High School Graduate/GED
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must pass felony background check
• Computer and email skills
• Well organized, plans effectively and prioritizes time according to what matters most
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A positive upbeat personality who focuses on opportunities rather than obstacles
• Ability to manage Outlook appointments and respond to emails in a timely manner

Day shift: Monday – Friday, rotates Saturdays
