What You’ll Do:

• Assist residents with restorative care programs to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to follow individualized care plans.
• Document progress and communicate changes in resident condition.
• Provide hands-on assistance with ADLs while promoting resident independence.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment where residents can thrive.

Requirements:

 

• Active CNA certification in Virginia
• Previous experience in restorative nursing or rehab setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, patient, and encouraging demeanor
