About the Role:

Join SERVPRO of Douglasville/Carrollton/Troup-Coweta Counties as a Restoration Project Technician in Villa Rica, GA. Be part of a dedicated team that helps restore homes and businesses after disasters, providing peace of mind to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Perform water extraction and drying processes to restore properties.
Work to ensure exceptional customer experiences
Document and report on project progress and customer interactions.
Utilize specialized equipment for cleaning and restoration tasks.
Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals efficiently.
Communicate effectively with customers about the restoration process.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for restoration projects.
Adhere to industry standards and company policies for quality service.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
Previous experience in restoration or construction preferred.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in physically demanding environments.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Knowledge of safety practices and protocols in restoration work.
