This positions responsibility's include the sound running of a market leading Garden Centre Restaurant serving guests anything from Tea and Cake to home cooked meals, to a glass of wine on a summers eve.

Liaising with the Garden Centre GM.

Control and manage Stock, Rotas and Costs across the catering operation.
