What You'll Do

As General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of your restaurant by:

Recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent
Leading and coaching Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members
Driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence
Managing labor, inventory, and controllable costs
Creating a positive, engaging work environment
Ensuring outstanding guest service and hospitality
Maintaining compliance with company, safety, and food service standards
Executing local marketing and community engagement initiatives

What We're Looking For

3–5 years of restaurant management experience
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Experience managing budgets, labor, scheduling, and P&L performance
Current ServSafe Certification preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
High energy, strong sense of urgency, and commitment to results

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods
Lift up to 50 pounds
Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Reliable transportation and communication

Compensation: $45,000-$65,000 Salary Range
