About your team

Our team is responsible for driving change and innovation across CPO (Chief People Office). This includes ensuring we prioritise the right initiatives to drive forward our people strategy and meet the needs of Fidelity’s global businesses, and working closely with a broad range of solution providers including the Technology, Business Change, and Process Simplification teams to ensure initiatives are successfully implemented and embedded.

About your role
 

The purpose of this role is to lead and oversee change initiatives on behalf of the Resourcing team who are accountable for the delivery and administration of all global recruitment activity. This will include managing the delivery of a programme of process and journey enhancements to support a bulk hiring exercise in India, and leading other strategic change initiatives as required. This role will work closely with the Head of Resourcing and their global leadership team, and will be responsible for a broad range of change activity that may include requirements gathering, analysis, solution design, project management, comms planning, and project/portfolio oversight.

About you

  • Experience delivering a range of HR change projects including cultural change initiatives, operational enhancements, regulatory programmes and the implementation of HR systems
  • Comprehensive knowledge of global recruitment regulation, processes and operating models
  • Strong overall change skills including governance, analysis, project management, change management, and benefits tracking
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce effective and concise project reporting and presentations to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure or to tight deadlines
  • Experience of working with Workday would be advantageous
