That’s why we need you, a seasoned project manager who can ensure our team has the right talent to achieve program success.

As a lead program manager on our team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding staffing of a large-scale Program Management Office. The Department of Veterans Affairs will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the health market, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. This is your chance to make an impact in health information technology modernization while sharing your knowledge and expertise of program management methodologies.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience in project management
• Knowledge of managing talent
• Ability to problem-solve, communicate and engage with senior leaders, and lead a team
• Ability to identify areas of needed process improvement
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Systems, Business, Science, or IT

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with large-scale IT projects
• Knowledge of the VA
