Resort Assistant Housekeeper - Red Rock

Description:

Train, direct and assist with all Team Members assigned to a station. Responsible for the cleanliness of all rooms, hallways, lobbies, stairwells and storage rooms. Inspect rooms using room inspection report to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness is maintained. Evaluate Team Member performance on an ongoing basis, helping all Team Members to meet and/or exceed expected standards. Report needed repairs.  Complete room status report. Responsible for all keys, beepers and radios.  Responsible for maintaining all records of cleaning activities required by the Housekeeping Manager and completing in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management. Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor preferred. Previous experience as a Guest Room Attendant required. Must be personable and have the ability to embrace Station Casinos' Focus on Family culture.
