Residential Maintenance Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Residential Maintenance Technicians for projects located in and around Waukesha, WI.  This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of $25/hour plus weekly commission based on billable hours. Job Scope:

• Perform residential repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks
• Install molding, trim, baseboards, doors, and cabinets
• Build and repair fences; perform drywall patching, caulking, and minor electrical and flooring work

Requirements:

• • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (company van and gas card provided)
  • Must be local to the Waukesha area (daily reporting required)
  • Experience across multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, electrical, flooring, etc.)
  • Must provide own hand and power tools
  • Clean-cut and personable appearance (working directly in clients’ homes)
  • Reliable and professional
