SRMC-Sutter Roseville Med CenterPosition Overview:
Provides administrative support of the residency and working with multi-disciplinary team including physicians is desired. Assists with the daily operations and logistics for the program ensuring orderly and timelyworkflow. Ensures complete and accurate documentation and record retention of the residents. Coordinates the daily operations and logistics for the program.
Maintains and distributes resident rotation schedules, call schedules, vacation/leave schedules, and meeting schedules. Distribute, collect, and tabulate all evaluation forms regarding residents, rotations and faculty and compiles and generates feedback for appropriate follow-up and reporting. Prepare and distributes the yearly and monthly assignment schedules of the residents. Assist with resident travel and accommodations for national conferences. Serve as liaison with other departments and affiliated.
Implement and updates program databases. Process resident and faculty professional organization memberships.

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Bachelor's: a related field or equivalent education/experience.
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
2 years of recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of current medical licensure requirements, immigration policies, ACGME accreditation and institutional requirements.
Knowledge of clinical programs, hospital services and community services.
Experience in interviewing, evaluation and recruiting health professionals.

Pay Range is $31.43 to $45.58 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
