Join a dynamic research team dedicated to understanding immune responses and developing innovative treatment strategies. In this hands-on laboratory role, you will support ongoing research projects, assist with animal studies, and help maintain a safe and efficient research environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with laboratory animal (mouse) handling, including immunization studies, sample collection, processing, and related research activities.
  • Perform routine laboratory operations, including maintenance, cleaning, organization, and inventory management.
  • Support compliance with laboratory safety standards, policies, and procedures while helping maintain a safe working environment.
  • Ensure laboratory supplies are adequately stocked and research equipment is properly maintained and operational.
  • Perform basic laboratory techniques in cell biology and microscopy.
  • Organize, analyze, and document research data to support scientific reporting and project objectives.
  • Work closely with the Principal Investigator to review assignments, analyze experimental results, and assist with documenting research findings.
  • Review scientific literature to support experimental planning and laboratory procedures.
  • Learn and apply new laboratory techniques while assisting with the onboarding and training of new laboratory personnel.
  • Contribute to additional research-related activities and special projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Education

Associate's degree in Biology, Zoology, Psychology, Botany, or another science-related field.

Experience

No additional experience required beyond the educational requirement.

Equivalent combinations of relevant education and experience will be considered.
