Research Specialist AJob Description Summary
The laboratory research technician will have their own research projects relating to discovering new targets and treatments for melanoma and other skin cancers. Position involves primary cell culture, 3D skin tissue engineering, genetic editing, genomic and proteominc analyses, and various functional studies on human cells and tissues. The research specialist will also help other lab members with reagent and mouse ordering, general lab organization, and regulatory compliance.Job Description

Qualifications
Bachelor of Science and 0 to 1 year of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Preferred:
Expertise in cell culture
Expertise in general biomedical lab techniques (PCR, cloning, cell culture, basic mouse work, mouse tumor studies, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence)
