POSITION SPECIFICS​

This Research Project Manager position is to assist the Principal Investigator and other team members carry out research protocols for several ongoing studies, including an NIH-sponsored randomized controlled trial being carried out in Pennsylvania.  In addition to being an experienced research project manager, applicants should have a solid background in early childhood education and/or child protection, and strong skills in applied technology.

The person hired for the position will:

o    Spearhead recruitment for the ongoing research studies (NIH randomized controlled trial, OCYS study, etc.), including electronic messaging, in-person engagement, and webinar presentations;
o    Ensure accurate and smooth functioning of iLookOut linkages with and submissions to the Pennsylvania Licencing System (PALS)
o    Oversee regulatory compliance, including IRB submissions and modifications, tracking and recording certifications, ensuring study team members are up to date on required training, assisting the PI to complete all IRB- and NIH-related reports, and ensuring compliance with institutional and government regulations;
o    Work with research team members to track and analyze study data;
o    Supervise junior research team members and oversee trainees involved in student research projects
o    Assist in preparation of scholarly presentations and manuscript, including synthesis and presentation of study data, writing for publication, and submission requirements;
o    Interface with external collaborators involved in iLookOut’s ongoing studies.

 

MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree No prior relevant work experience required; previous relevant work experience accepted in lieu of education. Required Certifications: None

SALARY & BENEFITS

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $56,200.00 - $81,500.00.
