What will be your responsibilities 📓

• Applied Research & Development: Design and implement novel solutions that power core experiences in the Limitless ecosystem, particularly in audio processing, transcription, summarization, and context-aware reasoning.

• Product-Focused Experimentation: Own end-to-end ML experiments, from prototype to product, and ship research that moves the needle on tangible product outcomes.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and product teams to translate user needs into deeply useful AI-powered features.

• Measurement & Iteration: Define success metrics for your models, run experiments, and iterate fast based on user and system feedback.

What will help you be successful 👏

• Hands-on Experience: Proven ability to work with both foundation models (e.g. Whisper, GPT, BERT) and traditional ML, with a track record of shipping features powered by your work.

• Audio & Language Domain Expertise: Familiarity with the quirks of real-world audio, ASR, diarization, or related fields will help you ramp quickly and spot real-world edge cases.

• Strong Product Instincts: You understand when “good enough” really is, and when a product or user need demands deeper research or better performance.
