Subject to Grant Funding?: Yes   Essential Job Functions: 1. Assist in developing and implementing an evaluation plan for the RRPP.
2. Support data collection, including designing surveys, interview protocols, and observation guides.
3. Perform data analysis (qualitative and/or quantitative) to evaluate program effectiveness.
4. Prepare reports and contribute to presentations or submissions to peer-reviewed journals.
5. Ensure compliance with Institutional Review Board (IRB) requirements and ethical standards for research.
6. Contribute to ongoing research and evaluation activities by attending meetings with project staff at the Broward County Public Defender's Office.
