The opportunity
The College COACH summer internship is a paid program running from Monday, June 8-Friday, August 14, 2026. In addition to on-the-job training and work experience, the program includes workshops and additional development programs. College students will work 35 hours/week. Interns will earn $17.50-$21.50/hour.
This role is hybrid (3-4 days/week onsite) at 401 Park Drive, Boston. Specific work hours will be determined by the supervisor.
What you’ll do
- Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in clinical research while working closely with experienced professionals
- Assisting with data collection and entry, conducting literature reviews, and supporting study coordination activities such as scheduling meetings and preparing documentation
- Prepare datasets for analysis, draft summaries and reports, and contribute to internal presentations
- Regular participation in team meetings and collaboration with faculty and staff
- Exposure to the research process and an opportunity to develop practical skills that will support future career growth
- Attend a 2-day program orientation and onboarding
- Participate in virtual and in-person workshops and activities

Who you are
- You are an undergraduate college student in good academic standing and will be enrolled in a two-or four-year program for Fall 2026, and you are interested in working in healthcare
- Demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and initiative in learning new skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools, basic research methods, and data entry, as well as willing to learn new software or research platforms
- Time management and organizational skills are essential to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- Obtaining appropriate work permits and documentation, as needed
