The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1-2 years of experience working in a biomedical research laboratory setting. This role requires proficiency in standard RNA and protein monitoring procedures, microscopy and in vitro and in vivo and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic research environment.

Daily Operations
- Collaborate with the Principal Investigator to design and conduct research projects
- Assist graduate students and junior researchers in the laboratory (provide technical guidance on data analysis, and manuscript preparation)
- Maintain laboratory notebooks, and equipment to compliance with key governing agencies (e.g., biosafety, chemical safety, IACUC, etc.)
- Collaborate on interdisciplinary projects (integrate various types of data and methodologies)
Required Skills
- Conduct standard RNA and protein monitoring procedures.
- Assist in the design and execution of experiments.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data.
- Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Contribute to the preparation of research reports and publications.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology).
- 1-2 years of experience in a biomedical research laboratory setting.
- Proficiency in standard RNA and protein monitoring procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic research environment.
