Research Assistant (Computer Science/Electrical Engineering)

The College of Computing & Data Science (CCDS) invites applications for the position of Research Assistant. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Research and develop novel ML-based methodologies and algorithms for multilingual and multimodal deep learning systems for NLP.

• Working closely with other Postdoc/RA/PhD students to discuss the ideas and implement the system.

• The research should lead to publications in top-tier international conferences and journals

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines

• Prior experience in NLP, and state-of-the-art ML techniques would be a plus;

• Good interpersonal communication and oral presentation skills in English;

• Experienced in working in a team, with people of diverse skillsets and cultural background
