We are currently seeking a Required. Project / Knowledge Manager Project / Knowledge Manager to join our team in Hackensack, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).
Role Responsibilities:
- Create, execute and monitor program level communication, quality and change management strategies.
- Produce project documentation and project plans to team standards, and within the current project lifecycle standards, soliciting business sign off, governance, and action where appropriate.
- Provide support and oversight of implementation through project completion.
- Manage project deadlines, budgets, margins and contracted deliverables.
- Facilitate regular meetings to review current state of projects, issues, additional needs, and answer questions.
- Develop and implement consistent and standardized process and methodology.
- Drive the intellectual content on engagements, serving as the lead professional and driving the highest quality of work.
- Develop and maintain client relationships and seek out additional business development opportunities.
- Ensure team achieves performance and customer service metrics.
- Define and document Knowledge Base Articles (KBA) content and manage their continual enhancements.
- Develop the process for documentation enhancements and review frequency.
- Develop key knowledge-centered support processes, including integration with incident management and problem management processes.
- Partner closely with operational owners to drive consistency throughout the process of publishing, tagging, and placing of content.
- Ensure key stakeholders are informed, engaged and involved at all relevant stages of Knowledge Management.
- Identify interdependencies between teams and work closely with operational owners to consolidate KBAs and eliminate article redundancy.
- Drive compliance with established account and knowledge management policies, practices and standards.
- Experience with ServiceNow Knowledge Management authoring and workflow.
- Manage site content to ensure articles are organized, current, appear professional and provide workflow capabilities.
- Make recommendations for new content development based on data and analytics such as user feedback ratings and search results feedback.
- Ensure proper training guides, help files, reference data, and tutorials are created and maintained.
- Make recommendations to design teams for incremental improvements based on user community feedback
Basic Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in a business or related field is required
