Request for Information Manager - (RIF) Manager

We are currently looking for a Request for Information Manager to join our team.  The Request for Information (RFI) Manager oversees the process of responding to requests for additional patient and billing documentation from third-party payers, such as Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance companies. This position ensures that all requests are handled accurately, completely, and in a timely manner to avoid claim denials and revenue loss. 

Qualifications:

• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Professional Biller (CPB), or Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA), or equivalent, is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in revenue cycle management, medical insurance, or medical coding is required.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Additional Information:

· Work Environment: Position is remote. Standard office hours apply, though some evenings or weekends may be required.

· Reporting Structure: Reports to the Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management.

· Salary: Salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

· Pay Range: $70,417- $82,000 

· Location: Remote
