About the Role:
We are looking for a Project Admin Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our projects by ensuring smooth coordination between teams, managing essential administrative tasks, and maintaining up-to-date project data. You will collaborate closely with the Permitting team and Project Managers to help ensure project efficiency and compliance.
What you’ll do:
Handle day-to-day administrative duties, including data entry and report management.
Liaise with field crews via phone and email, ensuring they have the necessary support.
Update and maintain internal systems to reflect accurate project data.
Work closely with the Permit team to process and manage permits efficiently.
Generate and analyze reports to assist in project tracking and decision-making.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company standards.
Requirements
What You Bring:
3-4 years of relevant work experience in project administration, coordination, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in computer software and the ability to quickly learn in-house systems.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with multiple teams effectively.
Ability to prioritize workload and manage time efficiently.
A collaborative and friendly attitude, thriving in a team-oriented environment.
