Responsibilities:

  • Delivers relinquishment counseling services to clients in accordance with the established relinquishment model.
  • Conducts training for employees and contractors on the relinquishment model, associated processes, and performance expectations.
  • Serves as a primary contact for referral related questions and concerns.
  • Promptly processes and reviews referrals, schedules, and conducts initial client interviews.
  • Develops a thorough understanding of the awarded grant and its requirements.
  • Facilitates effective communication between counties and external agencies regarding relinquishment counseling services.
  • Accurately tracks and enters referral information into the Electronic Health Records
  • (EHR) system.
  • Manages the implementation and administration of relinquishment model expectations.
  • Assigns relinquishment counseling referrals to contractors, in collaboration with Clinical Consultants.
  • Trains contractors on documentation requirements and deadlines as necessary.
  • Maintains positive working relationships with employees, supervisors, and contractors.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient computer and keyboarding skills.
  • Capacity to quickly learn and implement Griffith Centers' policies, procedures, and relevant licensing and accreditation regulations, with the ability to apply knowledge in accreditation processes, policy reviews, and outcomes data management.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
  • Comprehensive understanding of general office procedures.
  • Exhibits energy, organization, and initiative as a self-starter.
  • Ability to work an open and flexible schedule to meet assigned staff, clients, and program needs, including some holidays, nights and weekends.
  • Ability to maintain healthy emotional and physical boundaries in personal and professional relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work with sensitivity to the cultural and/or socioeconomic diversity of the agency’s clients and staff.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and trust.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance with the ability to travel on behalf of the organization.
  • Must pass a background check, drug screening, and physical exam.
