• Full Time Night 11pm-7:30am
• Weekend Program Night 11pm-7:30am or 11pm-11:30am:  Work every weekend and receive every 8th weekend OFF! Plus, $600 Bonus every 7 weeks!

Registered Nurse, RN Team Leader responsibilities will include:

• Performs nursing skills and documents within the framework of licensure and as outlined on individual care plans; documents care delivery, observations, medications/treatments promptly and accurately.
• Supervises and assists nursing assistants to follow their respective job descriptions. Confer with the Nurse Manager/Supervisor as indicated.
• Responds rapidly and appropriately to emergencies involving residents and staff. This includes independent living resident calls, evacuations, falls, fire alarms and drills, or any other emergency situation.

Requirements

Registered Nurse, RN Team Leader Qualifications:

• PA Registered Nurse Licensure (RN) is required however new Grads are welcome to apply.
• Prior long-term care experience working as a Nurse (RN or LPN) is helpful but not required.
