Responsibilities

• Identify resident care requirements, focus on their needs, and act on them
• Resolve or report on resident needs or problems
• Monitor and record resident condition and document provided care services
• Administer workloads
• Follow care regulations and standards

Qualifications:

• Proven nursing experience
• Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task

• Licensure in the accordance with the State of Indiana

Wage: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
