Schedule: Night Shift (Rotating Weekends)

Compensation

• $30.69/hr (2 years of experience)
• $33.71/hr (5 years of experience)
• $43.20/hr (17+ years of experience)

Shift Differentials:
• Nights: +$4.25/hr
• Weekends: +$3.00/hr

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000

Position Overview

Join a high-volume 45-bed Inpatient Surgical Unit within a modern, high-performing medical center. This role is ideal for nurses who excel in structured, fast-paced environments and are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care in a 45-bed inpatient surgical unit
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Maintain a 7:1 nurse-to-patient ratio while ensuring safe, efficient care
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
• Ensure accurate documentation and continuity of care

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (within last 4 years)
• Licensure: Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license (must obtain FL license within 90 days)
• Certifications: BLS required upon hire
