Regional Visual Manager, A|X Armani Exchange

As a Regional Visual Manager, you will provide guidance on visual presentation and merchandising strategies. Your frequent presence on the sales floor will provide you with the opportunity to understand the business on the front line, and you will have the opportunity to use the insights to improve the store’s business. You will help shape and execute store strategies to build a store environment that represents the brand and provides an excellent client experience to drive revenue. In addition, you will be accountable for ensuring appropriate communications are cascaded throughout your teams.
Overview of Critical Duties:
- Drive sales to achieve or exceed sales plans and profitability expectations for the store through strong visual merchandising
- Plan, direct, and implement all corporate and local visual merchandising directives
- Analyze business to recommend strategic merchandising moves in partnership with the Commercial Sales Team leveraging business reports and sell-through data
- Cultivate strong relationships with GMs, RSMs, department managers and Visual Managers
- Implement merchandising strategies that maximize store sales and support action plans to achieve commercial goals
- Ensure visual presentation and store environment represents brand standards and provides an excellent client experience
- Support a client centric sales experience that is representative of the brand and achieves Key Performance Indicators
- Manage preparation of merchandise for floor set execution including merchandise maps
- Ensure visual merchandising and presentation reflects brand standards and compliance to directives
- Managing remote stores through various forms of communication (email, video, text) to ensure proper and constant lines of communication are established
- Travel to key store accounts and/or free-standing retail stores in the covered territories
- Provide in-store and market trainings to ensure strong growth and development in VM decisions and executions
- Must be able to work alone department store environment
Background/Experience
- Previous retail experience in a comparable role is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated passion for working as a team
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends (if needed)
- Retail systems knowledge is preferred
- High School diploma/GED preferred
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary range of $85,00-$115,000 based on experience, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and retirement plan with employer contributions. Salaries will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
