Regional Service Manager full-time; single position)

ANDRITZ Schuler Incorporated seeks in Canton, MI to represent ANDRITZ Schuler & manage service business including operations, sales, purchasing, quality control, project management, field service and management of mechanical, electrical & hydraulic engineering local activities with the related counterpart from Canton or affiliate. Responsible for managing service business in the related area/region by developing annual budget planning, including order intake, sales, budget control, project cost control, and the final profit and loss (P&L) of the BU. Manage and assign workload among the team members assuring proper work in order to reach the targets of every project, avoiding absorption. Review and approve designs, simulation results, and cost estimations, support sales team with cost estimations, customer visits, and presentations. Define business goals, develop strategies, and create visions for new technology/ideas and development in service under the business unit area. Overseeing service sales team, Engineering, Project Management, Warranty, and Shop Floor activities in assigned region.

Must have a Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering or a related technical field, plus eight (8) years of experience in the metal forming / stamping industry. Must include work experience with the following: (3) years of managing projects within the press service industry and servicing metal forming stamp presses.

In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent), we will accept a Bachelor's Degree earned through any suitable combination of education, training, &/or experience, as determined by a professional evaluation service. All experience may be acquired concurrently. National & International Travel is required, not to exceed 75%. EOE. 40hrs/wk. 8am to 5pm. Mon-Fri. $146,307.00/yr.
