A Senior Individual Contributor applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and/or technical education as well as work experience. Responsibilities may include managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision, and coaching, delegating, and reviewing the work of lower-level employees. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex

Job Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships, improving aftermarket growth and increasing client base including product technical visits, trials, and support.
• Provide support and training for regions and customers.
• Manage or coordinate with the proposal team with technical input to ensure they provide accurate and timely quotations.
• Coordinate sales/ technical teams in the respective region.
• Providing market intelligence related to competitor and market activity and disseminating to the GSLM’s and Sales Manager.
• Drive the implementation of regional sales plans, budget, and sales activities for the assigned region to achieve short and long-term sales goals.
• Management of the service line including forecast, OI, Revenue, and Contribution Margin for designated regions.
• Support/own inventory levels in designated regions ensuring part and consumable availability.
• Submit regular sales and product reports and ensure data integrity.
• Guide Wear Solutions GSLMs on market trends to further adapt part and consumable

What you bring

• Good communication skills, written and spoken.
• Deep product and competitor' knowledge to develop effective sales strategies and objection-handling techniques.
• Capable of communicating complex concepts to customers in simple terms.
• Able to travel up to 75%, domestic and international travel.
• Must be physically able to climb onto structures and stairs in industrial plants and mines.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience within the mining/industrial industry.  Specific experience with heavy industrial products and/or systems is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with consumable products.
• Mechanical Background, able to read and understand Mechanical drawings.
