Are you ready to lead and inspire in the Sunshine State? Conklin Metal Industries is looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales efforts across Florida! With three thriving branches in Orlando, Tampa, and Miami, we’re on a mission to grow market share and deliver top-notch service to our customers.
What You'll Do:
As our Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be the strategic driver for Florida's sales operations. You will:
- Coach and develop Territory Managers to crush their goals and dominate the market.
- Dive deep into key accounts, maximizing wallet share and building strong partnerships.
- Collaborate with Branch Managers and vendors to uncover new products, opportunities, and efficiencies.
- Be hands-on with Territory Managers, performing ride-alongs and strategic account planning to grow the business.
- Focus on key product lines, ensuring we’re the go-to distributor for our customers.
- Help craft corporate strategies that drive growth and innovation.
- Foster teamwork and operational excellence with Regional Operations Managers and branch teams.
- Review performance, approve PTO and expenses, and guide your team to success.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership and sales management experience.
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
- A strategic thinker who knows how to win big and have fun doing it!
- Familiarity with Florida’s markets and key players in the Commercial HVAC and multi-family space is a plus.
