Healthcare Operations Director – South Jersey + Northern Delaware Market

Lead multi-site infusion care across Cherry Hill, Mount Laurel, and Wilmington (Barley Mill)
Ideal Base Location: South Jersey / Greater Philadelphia metro area

IVX Health is hiring a (Regional) Operations Director  to oversee and elevate performance across three high-growth outpatient infusion centers in South Jersey and Northern Delaware. This is a pivotal role for an experienced healthcare operator who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment and has a proven track record managing multi-site healthcare operations and clinical teams.

You’ll directly lead the day-to-day operations of our Cherry Hill, Mount Laurel, and Wilmington (Barley Mill) centers—empowering local leaders, optimizing clinical and administrative processes, and driving sustained performance across patient experience, team engagement, and business outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Own Market Operations
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple infusion centers
  • Serve as the escalation point for clinical and operational issues
  • Manage regional P&L, budget adherence, and performance metrics
• Lead and Develop Teams
  • Recruit, train, and coach local center staff
  • Drive scheduling, productivity, and employee engagement
  • Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and clinical excellence
• Drive Strategic Growth
  • Partner with Business Development to grow patient volumes
  • Cultivate relationships with key referral sources and partners
  • Oversee expansion and ramp-up of new centers when needed
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally
  • Work closely with central teams (Clinical Ops, Revenue Cycle, HR, Marketing, Finance)
  • Roll out process improvements and market-wide initiatives
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts with measurable outcomes
• Stay Future-Focused
  • Monitor industry trends, market changes, and compliance shifts
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements in care delivery

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent years of experience)
• 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience with multi-site responsibility
• Proven success managing clinical and non-clinical teams in a patient care setting
• Strong P&L and budget management experience
• Ability to lead through influence, empower teams, and drive operational results
• Healthcare experience in ambulatory, outpatient, or specialty settings strongly preferred
• Located in South Jersey or Greater Philadelphia area (local travel required)
