Primary Responsibilities
- Perform various accounting, finance, credit administration and clerical duties as directed to support the region's branches, as necessary
- Work with Service Managers to ensure proper billing and flow of work orders
- Write and communicate utilizing email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms as directed by manager
- Direct correspondence to appropriate corporate departments as necessary
- Communicate and build relationships within the company to help meet EquipmentShare goals
- Work to set up utilities for new branch locations
- Help implement corporate events and initiatives
- Coordinate regional meetings by working with local vendors
- Monitor service and operational key performance indicators
- Challenge systems, processes, and people to improve business
- Work to maintain high standards in service and operations procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications
- At least 3 years in an administrative role
- A passion for helping others and problem-solving
- Quick responder to requests and willingness to go the extra mile in service
- Strong ability to multitask and manage time quickly and effectively
- Able to communicate with accuracy, calmness and professionalism
- Comfortable working with and learning new technology
- Self-starter and self-motivator with a strong, positive work ethic that contributes to the vision of the team
- Must possess a professional and friendly demeanor
- Attention to detail in typing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
