Basic Function

This pivotal role enables the HR function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness by simplifying HR processes, including employee relations investigations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and more. The ideal candidate will turn ideas into strategies to optimize the Americas P&C Function, driving ideation, development, and consistency in the region. They will possess a deep understanding of HR practices and their transformative potential, along with strong influential leadership without authority.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Enable the P&C Function by aligning structure, culture, and talent with business goals to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Enhance HR Processes and Increase partnership with COEs in the areas of employee relations, investigations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and more.
• Own labor relations in the assigned area in collaboration with ELR and L&E experts, ensuring all obligations are met while identifying key HR challenges and opportunities.
• Manage employee relations-related projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Lead change programs and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Coach, master HR processes, and lead projects.
• Partner with leaders and support employees on organizational and employee matters while establishing a strategic partnership with business leaders.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define HR goals and metrics.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into existing HR systems and workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and advancements to continuously improve HR processes.
• Lead and expand the impact of optimization practices within P&C, along with communications and change management.
• Provide hands-on training and support to P&C team members on various areas.
• Analyze and interpret data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for P&C strategies.

Min. Qualifications

•    At least 5 years of experience conducting investigations or relevant work experience.
•    3+ years of experience in Employee and Labor Relations, or a related field.
•    BS or BA Degree or a combination of a High School Diploma and 10 years of progressive experience in investigations or HR roles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in influencing without authority.
• Recent experience in coaching and mentoring at all levels across an organization.
• Familiarity with data privacy and ethical considerations in HR.
• Proven experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and high acumen and hands-on experience with analytics tools and platforms (e.g., MS-Tools, Excel, PBI, and other dashboards).
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• 2+ years’ experience managing change and adoption in organizations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
