Work you’ll do
Execute the applicant process – this includes, but is not limited to, serving as applicant advisor, processing conditional offers of employment (COE’s) processing all pre-employment and EOD paperwork, and executing workflows within the HR Information System. Additionally, responsibilities include implementing processes designed to improve the overall applicant experience.

Qualifications
Required:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required with an active polygraph aligned with the end client.
- 5+ years of recruiting, HR, and/or human capital related experience.
- Ability to be on site 100% of the time in Springfield, VA
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable field
Preferred:
- Masters degree in an applicable field
- Prior management consulting experience
- If unable to work in DC, highly qualified applicants may be able to receive client approval to work from College Park, MD or Reston, VA
