Support ZF Mexico’s University Relations team in standardizing the Internship Program recruitment process through candidate experience, recruitment analytics, process improvement, and employer branding activities.

 

 

What you can look forward to as Recruiting Intern:

• Develop tracking tools, dashboards, and recruitment reports.
• Monitor hiring indicators and generate insights.
• Support candidate surveys and standardized communications.
• Assist with university attraction campaigns.
• Provide administrative follow-up for intern recruitment.

 

 

Your Profile as Internship Recruitment Experience Administrator:

• Currently studying Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate experience.
• Microsoft Office skills; Excel and Power BI preferred.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
• Basic project management and data-analysis skills.
• Intermediate English or above required.
• Availability: 6 hours per day, 30 hours per week.
