If you are passionate about creating a positive candidate experience and want to grow your career in talent acquisition, we want to hear from you.What You'll Do:- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every candidate.
- Manage our applicant tracking system (ATS), keeping candidate information accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, handling all the logistics to ensure a seamless process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and answering their questions.
- Help post job descriptions across various platforms, including our website, job boards, and social media, to attract a diverse pool of talent.
- Provide administrative support to the recruiting team, including calendar management and assisting with new-hire onboarding tasks.
- A strong foundation in organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience or an internship in human resources or a recruiting-related role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
