How you’ll make an impact as a Recruiter

• Attract, assess, and close top talent
• Serve as a Compassus ambassador, delivering a compelling view of our brand, as well as an engaging and memorable candidate experience
• Create meaningful interviews that give every candidate a positive first impression
• Build relationships with hiring managers and become a trusted partner to internal teams
• Balance between candidate advocate and business partner to ensure you find the best match for all positions
• Utilize data to report on your successes and make recommendations for go-forward strategy
• Build and apply best practices for recruitment
• Build a talent pipeline for future needs utilizing interesting and innovative strategies
• Continuously grow your network and knowledge by staying up to date with industry trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
• 6+ months of experience as a recruiter
• Experience with high-volume recruiting and sourcing techniques  
• Highly motivated, confident, and high-energy
• Strong, engaging communicator with a knack for selling candidates
• Organized and can stay on top of numerous candidates with timely follow-up
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels
• Self-starter with a history of pushing for deadline-driven results
