How you’ll make an impact as a Recruiter
- Attract, assess, and close top talent
- Serve as a Compassus ambassador, delivering a compelling view of our brand, as well as an engaging and memorable candidate experience
- Create meaningful interviews that give every candidate a positive first impression
- Build relationships with hiring managers and become a trusted partner to internal teams
- Balance between candidate advocate and business partner to ensure you find the best match for all positions
- Utilize data to report on your successes and make recommendations for go-forward strategy
- Build and apply best practices for recruitment
- Build a talent pipeline for future needs utilizing interesting and innovative strategies
- Continuously grow your network and knowledge by staying up to date with industry trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
- 6+ months of experience as a recruiter
- Experience with high-volume recruiting and sourcing techniques
- Highly motivated, confident, and high-energy
- Strong, engaging communicator with a knack for selling candidates
- Organized and can stay on top of numerous candidates with timely follow-up
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels
- Self-starter with a history of pushing for deadline-driven results
