Receptionist - PRN

Salary: $20.00 per hour

Shift: PRN (as-needed)

The Clare is recruiting for a hospitality focused Receptionist. This PRN role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community! 

Shift: PRN (as-needed), flexible schedule required 

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Receptionist:

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Greets and directs all authorized visitors and vendors. 
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in logbook, and notify the recipient of delivery.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• Receptionist experience required
• Senior living experience preferred
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills
• Weekend availability needed
• PRN (as-needed), flexible schedule required
