Job Summary

Responsible for answering a multiline phone system and greeting guests in a large office environment.

Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • High School diploma or equivalent. Two years Administrative Assistant experience is preferred. Hospitality experience is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Receive and direct visitors and clients answer screen and transfer inbound phone calls.
  • General clerical duties including photocopying fax and mailing.
  • Assist in conference room management and set up.
  • Maintain office supply inventories.
  • Maintain break rooms on the 4th floor that they are stocked daily
  • Assist with food set up and break down for meetings.
  • Coordinate special projects on request.
  • Responsible for understanding and adhering to attendance guidelines set forth in the employee handbook. Expected to report to work on scheduled days and at scheduled times.
  • Build internal relationships with Hotel associates in addition to the Home Office Human Resources Department; obtain and provide information consult on company projects as needed.
  • Directs and assists any external vendors needing allowable information and directing questions to the right departments.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
