Night Receptionist – Hotel
We are looking for an experienced Night Receptionist to join a hotel team near London Luton Airport.
Shift Details
* Shift: 23:00 – 07:00
* Days: Any day Monday to Sunday
* Pay: £14ph
* Location: London Luton Airport
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming guests and providing excellent customer service.
* Managing check-ins and check-outs during the night.
* Handling guest enquiries and resolving any issues professionally.
* Managing bookings, reservations and payments.
* Completing night audit duties and ensuring a smooth handover to the morning team.
Requirements
* Previous hotel reception experience is essential.
* Previous experience using the OPERA hotel management system is essential.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Reliable, organised and able to work independently during night shifts.
* Flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends.
