This role is <strong>based remotely in the United States</strong>.</p> <p>As Wing accelerates drone delivery from experimental pilot operations to standardized, large-scale commercial deployments across multiple markets, we are expanding our real estate footprint. In this role, you will serve as the primary engine for end-to-end lease execution, site lifecycle management, and partner launch coordination. You will work closely with institutional landlords, external brokerage and transaction management teams, direct commercial partners, and internal cross-functional teams (Legal, Site Launch, Flight Operations, and Permitting) to ensure frictionless site onboarding and deployment velocity. We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly collaborative operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at managing complex transaction pipelines, and is eager to grow into a key partner-facing lead for our expanding Nest infrastructure.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage the tactical execution pipeline for real estate leases and licenses across expanding metro markets, ensuring documents move seamlessly through legal redlines, landlord reviews, DocuSign approvals, and internal ticketing systems.</li> <li>Review new site intake evaluations, interface with external Transaction Managers (TMs) and brokers, and bridge communication between Landlords and Wing’s Site Launch team to finalize structural and parking site plans.</li> <li>Act as the direct point of contact for property managers and institutional landlords during site onboarding and l
