Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Painter's Helper to join our dynamic team. As a Painter's Helper, you will support our professional painters with various tasks to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in painting and construction, with potential for growth and development within our company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist painters with preparing surfaces for painting, including sanding, cleaning, and masking.
• Mix paint and materials as required for the job.
• Set up and clean up work areas before and after projects.
• Carry and move equipment, tools, and materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required, but experience in painting or construction is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable transportation to job sites in the Tri-Cities area.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
