Requirements and Nature of Work:

Nature of Work :  ​The CPSR research and technology assistant will set up and maintain secured access to encrypted video files for users, create and manage OQ and P Drive accounts, ensure minor technical support for system crashes and hardware problems, train and coach users in the use of the audio/video equipment and software, train and coach users in the use of the Outcome Questionnaire system and fulfil other related responsibilities. Assist in the development of the CPSR clinical research database.

1- Knowledge of and experience with audio/video recording technologies is an asset.

2- Knowledge of and experience with Qualtrics is an asset.

3- Knowledge of and experience with the Outcome Questionnaire is an asset.

4- Previous experience at CPSR is required/advisable.
