R.O. Maintenance Supervisor - Silver Lake

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced R.O. Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of reverse osmosis systems in our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all R.O. equipment and supervising a team of maintenance technicians.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repair of reverse osmosis systems.
2. Inspect R.O. equipment to identify issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
3. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of R.O. systems.
4. Train and mentor maintenance technicians on best practices for R.O. system maintenance.
5. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

**Qualifications:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in maintaining and repairing reverse osmosis systems.
3. Strong knowledge of R.O. system components and functions.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
